CEO

 

With an illustrious career spanning over 34 years, Chadi is a

dedicated and experienced professional in the field of property

development and construction. He has established himself as a

trusted figure, collaborating with leading national and multi-

national head contractors on some of Australia’s most renowned

projects. His expertise and project portfolio encompass diverse

sectors, including commercial and residential developments,

educational facilities, hospitals, shopping centers, leisure

facilities, hotels, and specialized buildings.

Chadi Ayoub holds registration as a Commercial Builder and

Domestic Builder in Victoria and Queensland. His educational

background includes a Diploma in Construction Management, a

Certificate in Small Business Management.

Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results, Chadi

continues to shape the landscape of the property development

and construction industry. His unwavering commitment to

excellence, coupled with his extensive experience and expertise,

positions him as a leader who consistently achieves remarkable

outcomes.

 

JANO CEH

FINANCIAL MANAGER

 

Jano comes from a construction background working at Kane

Construction for 9 Years as the company Finance Manager prior

to his commencement at C&R in 2019.

Jano has been in the finance function of the construction

industry for over 15 years with a BBAA in Accounting completing

his CPA in 2012, demonstrating a proven track record of crafting

meticulous financial strategies and overseeing robust financial

management practices. He brings a deep understanding of

construction accounting principles, budgeting methodologies,

and regulatory requirements to the table.

His meticulous approach to risk assessment and mitigation

safeguards our projects from potential pitfalls, and his proactive

measures ensure that C&R consistently operate within a secure

and stable environment.

 

COREY ZAMMIT

PROJECT MANAGER

 

With over 10 years of construction experience working for high

caliber Building and Developing Groups throughout Melbourne,

Corey has led and sustained substantial roles in all facets of

project management, cost planning & contract management

with enormous success.

Corey has held pivotal roles encompassing cost planning,

contract administration, site supervision and project

management for esteemed high-level tier builders. Employing a

collaborative approach to project management, Corey has

steered an array of projects to successful completion, spanning

across medium density housing, mixed-use retail, and expansive

residential apartment developments.

As Project Manager for C&R Structure Group, Corey contributes

invaluable leadership alongside a wealth of construction

expertise specializing in cost management, procurement, and

construction management.

JOE MASCARO

SENIOR STRUCTURE FOREMAN

 

Joe is an accomplished Structure Foreman with over 20 Years of

experience in construction, overseeing diverse medium to high

density projects.

Commencing his career in 2001, Joe excelled for some of

Australia’s premier Structure Companies. Leading site teams, he

has orchestrated successful outcomes across multiple

metropolitan Melbourne projects.

Joining C&R Structure Group as Senior Structure Foreman, Joe

directs project teams to deliver success for our clients,

leveraging his extensive background in large density commercial

projects.

 

SHABAB AHMED

CHIEF ESTIMATOR

 

A seasoned project management professional with over 5 years

of experience, Shabab has a proven track record of delivering

successful projects within stipulated timeframes and with

utmost quality.

Proficient in engaging with builders' representatives to cultivate

leads, secure tender interviews, and secure projects, they are

adept at overseeing back costing of live projects.

Shabab ensures that signed Statements of Work (SOW) align

with estimates and allowances while securing project rates with

suppliers. Additionally, they provide valuable support to Project

Managers by assisting with program status updates and

preparing budget and progress claim reports, thereby

contributing significantly to project success and organizational

objectives.
